Negroni Belga
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Braeckman Amaro Belga
- 30 ml red vermouth
- 30 ml gin
- Orange peel
Preparation:
- Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the Amaro Belga, vermouth, and gin into the mixing glass.
- Stir gently with a bar spoon for a few seconds.
- Add a large ice cube to a tumbler glass.
- Strain the mixture into the tumbler glass using a cocktail strainer.
- Garnish with a piece of orange peel.
