Negroni Belga

Ingredients:

  • 30 ml Braeckman Amaro Belga
  • 30 ml red vermouth
  • 30 ml gin
  • Orange peel

Preparation:

  • Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the Amaro Belga, vermouth, and gin into the mixing glass.
  • Stir gently with a bar spoon for a few seconds.
  • Add a large ice cube to a tumbler glass.
  • Strain the mixture into the tumbler glass using a cocktail strainer.
  • Garnish with a piece of orange peel.
