Silent Embers

A drink that warms you up on the inside, based on Braeckman Single Malt - Double Cask!

Ingredients:

• 60 ml Braeckman Single Malt - Double Cask
• 20 ml Amontillado Sherry
• 15 ml Drambuie whisky liqueur
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• Lemon peel

Preparation:

• Stir all ingredients with ice
• Strain in a pre-chilled cocktail glass
• Garnish with lemon peel
