This Braeckman Single Grain Whisky matured 11 years in first fill Bourbon barrels and 1 year in an Oloroso Sherry butt.

The whisky was aged in rst ll Bourbon barrels, and was finished in an Oloroso Sherry butt. We filled the Oloroso Sherry butt with 3 single grain barrels and 1 single malt barrel. Our exclusive mix of rye and malted barley ensures a spicy character. The Oloroso Sherry cask nish adds a rich complexity and fruitiness to the smooth vanilla notes that derive from maturation in bourbon casks.
